Academic Visit to Sweden and Finland

From August 19 to 28, with support from Harbin Institute of Technology’s Strategic Partnership Program with World-Class Universities and the undergraduate Global Navigation · International Horizon Enhancement Program, a delegation from the School of Energy Science and Engineering visited Sweden and Finland for academic exchange. The delegation was led by Associate Professors Li Lifeng and Rafique Muhammad, accompanied by doctoral student Zheng Yihan, master’s student Liu Donghang, and undergraduate student Lin Luchi. The visit aimed to strengthen understanding of global research frontiers and foster international collaboration.

This exchange not only strengthened ties between HIT and leading Nordic universities and enterprises, but also broadened the global outlook of participating faculty and students. Looking ahead, the School of Energy Science and Engineering will continue to deepen international research collaboration and talent development, enhance its innovation capacity and global impact, and contribute to HIT’s goal of becoming a world-class university.
