Notice from the School of Energy Science and Engineering on Student Safety Tips and Work Arrangements During the 2025 National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival Holidays

To All Students,

The 2025 National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays are approaching. To ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable break for everyone, in accordance with the *Notice from the University Office on Holiday Arrangements for the 2025 National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival*, the Student Affairs Office of the School of Energy hereby issues the following safety tips and work arrangements for the holiday period:

1. Holiday Schedule:
   The holidays will span from Wednesday, October 1, 2025, to Wednesday, October 8, 2025, totaling 8 days.

2. Off-Campus Leave Registration:
   Students leaving campus during the holidays must complete the Leave During Holidays registration via the HIT App by 17:00 on September 26, 2025. Please ensure your parents are aware of your travel plans. If there are any changes to your itinerary, notify your academic advisor and parents promptly.
